Our Process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

A great finish starts with a properly prepped surface. We use industrial-grade grinders equipped with diamond tooling to remove dirt, stains, and imperfections. This step opens the pores of the concrete, allowing our coatings to bond at a deeper level. Any cracks, spalling, or chips in the concrete are repaired and smoothed out to create a flawless foundation.

Step 2: Base Coat Application

Once the surface is ready, we apply a high-performance polyurea base coat. This layer penetrates deep into the concrete, forming a strong, flexible bond that resists peeling, cracking, and moisture damage. Unlike traditional epoxy, polyurea withstands temperature changes and remains durable under heavy use.

Step 3: Flake Broadcast

Once the base coat is applied, we broadcast decorative flakes across the surface by hand for full, even coverage. These flakes do more than add style—they create texture for slip resistance and help build a thicker, more durable surface. We apply them generously to ensure a consistent look and complete coverage before the floor cures and sets.

Step 4: Excess Flake Removal & Smoothing

After the base coat has cured, we remove any loose flakes and smooth the surface to achieve an even, uniform finish. This step ensures a professional, high-quality appearance while maintaining the slip-resistant texture that makes our coatings stand out.

Step 5: Protective Top Coat

To seal, protect, and extend the life of the floor, we apply a polyaspartic top coat that resists stains, UV damage, and chemical spills. This layer locks everything in place, creating a high-performance, easy-to-clean surface that withstands years of wear.
